DESIGN ARCHITECT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposal to the client.
• Prepares project brief conceptual design of various types of projects
• Developed architectural drawings based on client feedback project cost and time estimates of the project for final acceptance of client and top management
• Proven ability to use own judgment and analysis for architectural projects
• Ensure interface issues are coordinated with other disciplines
• Knowledge of updated authority regulations & relevant standards & local codes
• Attend project meetings with external clients as well as internal team
• Providing clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget the building site and recent trends.
• Using CAD software and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management and client approval.

KEY SKILLS:

• Should have 8 to 10 years exp in UAE with Engineering consultants
• High level of concept designing experience.
• Should have work experience with mixeduse projects
