- Qualified as a Chartered Accountant
- Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is highly desirable.
- At least 15 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of successful financial management and strategic decision-making.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as ERP systems and accounting software.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
