Job Description
Manage end-to-end business operations induces Inventory management, Drive supplies, Team management, Vehicle management, and Cash management.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the depot, warehouse
Recruiting and mentoring staff
Managing a customer base and developing plans to increase business
Ensuring that high levels of service are maintained
Holding team meetings
Agreeing service contracts and dealing with suppliers/vehicle
Managing stock levels, Loading, and unloading of vehicles.
Monitoring health and safety in the depot
Meeting with the area and regional managers to share best practices.
Manage the cash, and Banking,
Responsible for warehouse agreement formalities and renewal,
Government liaisoning, coordinating
