Education and training:
Degree in cooking or culinary arts from an accredited culinary school. Graduate studies in culinary arts would be beneficial.
Experience:
Previous experience in cooking and food preparation. Experience as demi-chef de party or executive sous chef is usually at least 2-4 years.
Culinary skills:
Master high-level cooking and preparation skills, including the ability to prepare various dishes and adjust flavors.
creativity and innovation:
Ability to present innovative dishes and develop and implement new ideas.
