Experience:
Previous experience in the field of cooking and preparing pastries and sweets. This experience is preferably as an Assistant Chef de Partie or in different pastry kitchens.
Pastry knowledge:
Extensive knowledge and understanding of different types of pastries and desserts, such as cakes, croissants, tarts, and cupcakes.
Culinary skills:
Excellent culinary skills and understanding of pastry and dessert preparation processes including dough preparation, fermentation and baking.
