Demand Planning Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the business planning/S&OP processes including systems and demand forecasting for the MEA region
• Demand Forecasting on short-/mid- and long-term horizon ensuring high forecast accuracy
• Ensure the consistency of forecast by tracking and analysing sales, purchase & inventory forecast data & statistical forecast models
• Engage with the sales teams to collaborate on the forecasting & operational process
• Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends & demand patterns
• Help identify risks and opportunities and resolve constraints
• Responsible for the improvement of planning processes, demand planning systems and scenario simulation tools
• Lead, develop and managing a direct team
• Oversee inbound & outbound logistics
• Review and assess all Letter of Credit requirements
• Shipping management
• Monitor import/export processes to ensure regulatory & legal compliance
• Production/Distribution planning management
• 3PL management
