Experience in project management, resource management, scope management, customer facing, risk management and team leadership in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, and performing technical project management that includes initiating, planning, executing and closing IT projects in diverse areas of IT not limited to NOC and WINTEL. SDDC, ITSD, GRC, etc.
Work closely with IT Project Management to ensure service continuity and ongoing improvement initiatives
Experience working as a service delivery manager.
Experience supporting end-to-end customer support.
Proven track record of successfully delivering MSP projects on time and within budget.
Experience in moving between services
Experience working with organizational change management principles, practices, procedures and industry standards for quality management.
Experience working with customer contracts and service level agreements.
Excellent communication skills demonstrating intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation skills
Experience managing relationships with functional department heads and coordinating with cross-functional teams across multiple geographic locations.
Experience working with business stakeholders, development teams and strategic vendors/third parties. High customer focus
