Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 3+ years of Reporting and Analytics or Contact Center Workforce Management Experience
- Proven leadership skills, such as- Project Management, Stakeholder Management
- Proficient in Data & Analytics Tools such as- Advanced Excel, Alteryx for data processing, Tableau / Power BI / Qlik for visualization, SQL/Python for querying. Experience in Service Now is an advantage.
