What We Look For In You
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management, Statistics or Data Science preferred
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in relevant fields, familiar with global HR management and operation is preferred.
- Proficient in data analysis and data mining tools and technologies, able to carry out data analysis and mining work independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to effectively cooperate with various departments and teams.
- Possess innovative thinking and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changes and respond to challenges.
- Possess teamwork and leadership skills, able to lead the team to complete work tasks.
