Hays Facilities Management are hiring (3) CMMS/MS Excel Specialists (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for a 3-month contract in NYC.
Your new role
The job duties for the CMMS Specialist will include the following:
- Manage the IBM Maximo CMMS system on behalf of the end client
- Set up and manage Maximo reports and reviews
- Control security features of the CMMS system
- Provide training for CMMS users
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Should have at least 2 years of dedicated CMMS experience (Maximo preferred)
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance and operations
- Exhibit effective communication skills across various units of the business
- *If CMMS experience is limited, candidates with very strong MS Excel will be considered!*
What you'll get in return
Hourly rate between $40-50 based on experience (3 openings- 3-month extendable contract)
