Job Description

- Ensure all the RMA s are posted in the company s system on daily basis
- Generate invoices
- Ensure proper filing of all related documents
- Liaise with the sales team for any discrepancy in the customer returns
- Stock responsibility in the absence of the storekeeper
- Following up with accounts and invoicing data entry for hold orders
- Arrange with store keeper for stock taking
Requirements
Education: Diploma Or Equalant
- Knowledge & Experience: 1 2 years of experience infield of Warehousing.
- Advanced MS Office
- Good communication skills (English Language oral and written)
- Able to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Ability to complete the assigned work within the stipulated time period
- Working knowledge on Oracle
