- MS Excel/ Outlook
- Enter updates to currency rates, inventory, material transfers and receiving reports.
- Key master data updates on products, customers, warehouses, vessels, rebates and contract/pricing
- Manage the coordination of appropriate staff to respond to pre-sales inquiries within one business day.
- Communicate with the Operations Manager during order fulfilment regarding address changes, cancellations, special requests, quality control.
- Attend training events and meetings as scheduled.
