Data Analytics Specialist

The Data Analytics Specialist will play a crucial role in analyzing our vast data sets to derive actionable insights that will inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis be adept at using data visualization tools and possess the ability to communicate complex data in a clear concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand data analysis needs and define project objectives.
• Utilize data analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau to gather analyze and visualize data.
• Develop and implement databases data collection systems data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Interpret data analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Identify analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Present data and insights in a clear and compelling way enabling informed decisionmaking.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy laws and best practices.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst particularly in an outsourcing context.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Power BI Tableau etc.) databases (SQL etc.) programming (XML JavaScript or ETL frameworks).
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
  Adept at queries report writing and presenting findings.
• Degree in Mathematics Economics Computer Science Information Management or Statistics.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
