Our Ideal Candidate
- Certification in Agile Product owner is an advantage.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years' experience in a change/transformation role of a bank
- Minimum 5 years of experience in working with technology project teams, if there is experience representing business, it will be a significant plus.
- Strong skills in conceptual and quantitative problem-solving, aligning a broad range of stakeholders from multiple functions, and executing against a tightly defined timeline
- Excellent professional skills, including verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Strong T24 System knowledge and application architecture, including multi-company setup is an advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge and hand on experiences of interfaces in/out of T24 (especially T24 IF)
- Experiences in Data Conversion, Migration, Reconciliation in T24
- Exposure to T24 implementation/ Upgrade in the context of rollout (such as runbook)
