Our Ideal Candidate

• Certification in Agile Product owner is an advantage.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years' experience in a change/transformation role of a bank
• Minimum 5 years of experience in working with technology project teams, if there is experience representing business, it will be a significant plus.
• Strong skills in conceptual and quantitative problem-solving, aligning a broad range of stakeholders from multiple functions, and executing against a tightly defined timeline
• Excellent professional skills, including verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Strong T24 System knowledge and application architecture, including multi-company setup is an advantage
• Comprehensive knowledge and hand on experiences of interfaces in/out of T24 (especially T24 IF)
• Experiences in Data Conversion, Migration, Reconciliation in T24
• Exposure to T24 implementation/ Upgrade in the context of rollout (such as runbook)
