Responsibilities: A. Performs Customer Services 1.Handle all incoming calls, enquiries, complaints and feedback from customers. 2.Attends to walk-in customers and answer all emails. 3.Ensuring that all internal or external customer’s problems & solutions are promptly handled. 4.Transferring of phone calls to customers, co-workers and external subsidiaries. 5.Assisting Independent Representatives (IRs) on sign up in the office. B. Handle of CRFs 1.Filing and following up of customer requests and complaints. 2.Ensuring that all the information and documents required are sufficient.
