- Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any concerns
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to improve the overall customer experience
- Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and make strategic recommendations
- Work closely with the sales team to onboard new customers and provide ongoing support
