Job Description

Our client is a multinational logistics solution provider dealing with sea and land freight - bulk liquid cargo.

They are currently recruiting an experienced customer service professional for their regional office in Dubai.

Job Objective

Transfer of the accepted sales quote to the operational division through administrative activities while maintaining the highest possible level of customer satisfaction (including customer aftercare).

Job Responsibilities

  1. Contribution to the realization of the financial goals of the division.
  2. Recognize extra revenue opportunities for existing customers.
  3. Contribute to the customer-driven culture by going the extra mile to create added value beyond the core business and achieve the desired customer engagement.
  4. Ensure all output meets the standards in terms of quality and safety keepingprocesses, innovations and working practices in mind.
  5. Contribute to positive, sustainable and dependable change in the supply chain through intelligent solutions.
  6. Be the first point of after sales contact for your own customer base.
  7. Processing customer requests.
  8. Applying and developing our organizational and communication skills.
  9. Constantly communicating between the sales & coordinator teams.
  10. Analyzing problems and devising solutions for customers.
  11. Resolving customer queries.
  12. Recommending improvements in internal processes for more efficient customer management.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Customer-oriented experience, preferably in transport, logistics, break bulk, bulk liquids.

  • Good knowledge of the English language.

  • Sufficient knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail.

  • Proactive, commercial attitude and good communication skills.

  • Available fulltime.
