Job Description

- Ensure Incidents and Customer Requests are managed end to end until resolution, including escalation to internal teams and third parties as needed.
- Support customers in resolving customer queries and issues via a variety of communication channels.
- Ensure that all service management procedures are followed, have the ability to prioritise tasks to ensure SLA’s are adhered to whilst ensuring a quality service to customers.
- Stay abreast of changes in company products, whilst making recommendations to improve the products based on customer feedback.
- Provide functional training and guidance to new customers of the business.
- Translate technical requirements and queries, then relaying the solutions to queries in a way that non-technical executives can understand.
