What does a Senior FP&A Manager at Collinson do?
Reporting to the Group Head of FP&A, the Senior Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager is a key role which will be required to drive the preparation and reporting of high-quality management information and bring a commercial perspective to investment decision making across the The role will be responsible for all FP&A tasks including monthly board reporting and projecting managing the annual budget and quarterly re-forecast This role will also manage and lead in the development of a comprehensive management reporting suite based on feedback from key stakeholders and providers of Lastly, this role will be instrumental in supporting the TCG Board in assessing various investment business
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Forward looking and Strategic
This role goes beyond monthly reporting and analysis and will focus not only on the month end results and variance The role will utilise monthly results, identified risks and opportunities, investment plans and other key leading indicators to continuously project forward the short, medium and long term results of the Group and provide valuable forward-looking insight to enhance board The role will partner with Group Strategy on M&A/strategic projects along with maintaining he Group s 3-year strategic financial model (to be prepared to a standard appropriate for sharing with banks, lenders and potential capital investors)
Monthly reporting:
Supported by the Group FP&A Manager, this role will manage and lead on monthly business reporting to the Board and Group Executive management team, delivering accurate and timely decision support and performance monitoring analysis to agreed timing to include insightful analysis and commentary in with respect to;

About you
To be successful in your application, you ll have experience of working within a similar role and have an accountancy qualification (ACCA, AAT, CIMA etc).
