Customer Advisor

• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process, including responding to customer inquiries, providing helpful product information and closing sales.
• Greeting customers when entering the store and addressing their needs objectively.
• Meeting or exceeding customer needs and expectations related to product and services.
• Resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in store administration duties, including keeping records and updating customer information.
  

Requirement

• At least 3 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Friendly and personable demeanor.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
