Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Job Location: Dubai with willingness to travel to India office locations

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our clients team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) preferably with experience in a Generative AI company. Startup experience is highly desirable along with a proven track record of leadership spanning 8 to 10 years. The CTO will be responsible for developing and executing technology strategies that drive innovation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technology team in developing cuttingedge AI and ML solutions.
Drive the development and implementation of scalable and robust applications capable of handling a millionplus concurrent users.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Ensure the stability security and scalability of our technology infrastructure.
Oversee the development and execution of the technology roadmap ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Drive a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement within the technology organization.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
8 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience in technology roles with a focus on AI and ML.
Proven track record of success in developing and running applications with a millionplus concurrent users.
Experience working in a Generative AI company is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Startup experience is preferred with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel to India office locations as needed.
Stability in job history preferred.
Ability to join the team early is a plus.
