- Analyze potential emergency scenarios and assess the SPPC’s readiness.
- Assist with the development and testing of crisis response procedures.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that everyone is prepared for and can respond to a crisis.
- Assist with the communication of crisis information to employees and the public during a crisis.
- Assist with the evaluation of SPPC's crisis response after an event and identification of areas for improvement.
