Credit Manager

Your Qualifications

• UAE Nationals may only apply to this position
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Additional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or credit industry-specific certifications will be a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of wholesale banking experience, with at least 5 years in a credit management role.
• Profound understanding of credit analysis techniques and risk assessment methodologies, with a track record of making sound credit decisions.
• knowledge of wholesale banking products and services, including traditional and structured financing solutions, trade finance, project finance, and syndication.
• Familiarity with local and international banking regulations, including Basel III, IFRS 9, and credit risk management frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, foster a collaborative work environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, credit risk management software, and other relevant banking systems.
