Creative Event designer

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the event
• Design and plan events, including selecting themes, creating layouts, and suggesting decor and ambiance
• Source and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers involved in the event
• Create detailed budgets and manage expenses
• Develop unique and creative concepts and ideas for each event
• Produce detailed event proposals and presentations
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, transportation, and accommodation
• Oversee event set-up, ensuring everything is executed according to the plan
• Manage event day operations, including handling any issues or emergencies that may arise
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Planner or Creative Event Designer in a luxury or high-profile setting
• Strong creativity and design skills, with a passion for creating unique and visually stunning events
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into extraordinary event experiences
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficient in event planning software and technology
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality and flawless events
