Job Description: 8-11 Years Experience
o Strong demonstrated analytical skills applied to business software solutions maintenance and/or development.
o Knowledge of the software development standards and practices.
o Demonstrated ability to find efficiencies and improve processes.
o Proven ability to determine systemic process faults and improve overall process performance across organizations.
o Understanding of claims adjudication and enrollment processing, particularly in a health care environment
o Experience in Digital Products and online web portals, Mobile app.
o Understanding of the Product Management Discipline
o Worked and has an understanding of Agile and SAFe methodology
o Utilization of Agile tools like Jira for user story management and various Agile ceremonies
o Strong business analytical skills.
o Strong process analysis skills
o Strong process documentation skills
o Excellent communication/writing skills,
o Excellent interpersonal skills
o Attentive to detail, highly -organized, and able to multi-task
o Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred:
o Experience with claims adjudication and enrollment processing in the Federal Employee Program Health Benefit Plan
o Experience in a software application development environment in an analytical role
o Bachelors (Health administration; business administration; software engineering or related degree required)
