Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative photo and video content that captures the essence of our brand engaging and inspiring our audience.

Oversee the entire production process from concept development to shooting editing and postproduction ensuring content is captivating and aligned with our brand values.

Employ advanced editing skills and special effects to create visually appealing videos keeping viewers engaged.

Work collaboratively with the marketing team to generate creative ideas for brand campaigns ensuring content is fresh and aligned with current trends.

Analyze scripts and production requirements to guarantee that content meets brand objectives and messaging.

Manage and maintain production equipment ensuring optimal performance for all shoots.

Stay ahead of social media trends incorporating innovative practices into content creation to enhance our digital presence.

Perform a range of editing tasks including cutting color correction and grading to deliver polished and professional final products.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years professional experience in video production or a creative agency environment with a proven track record in content creation.

Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro with additional skills in After Effects and Lightroom.

Capability to produce simple animations and special effects adding a creative flair to videos.

Wellversed in the dynamics of social media platforms like YouTube TikTok Facebook and Instagram and how to tailor content for each.

A solid understanding of color grading and sound mixing is advantageous.

Exceptional command of the English language both in writing and verbal communication.

A creative and innovative thinker constantly seeking to break new ground in content creation.

A keen learner open to embracing new technologies and methodologies in video production.
