Courier Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch couriers to pick up and deliver packages to designated locations
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Communicate and follow up with couriers to ensure successful delivery
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, schedules, and locations
• Liaise with clients to resolve any delivery-related issues
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and couriers
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in dispatching or logistics field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatching software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed
