Costing Engineering

Develop the overall project schedule as well as individual contractor schedules for design and construction activities using scheduling techniques (such as the Critical Path Method (CPM)) as well as appropriate software (such as MS Project or Primavera P6).
Highlighting conflicts between activities and proposing corrective actions, alternative methods and strategies of work, and optimal use of core resources in order to avoid any delay in the project schedule or mitigate the impact of delay on time/cost.
Maintaining the general project schedule and updating it permanently, and submitting a report on the progress of work in the project as well as deviations that occurred in the schedules to the project manager throughout the project life cycle.
Coordination and communication work
Maintaining a network of communications with all parties involved in the project.
Inform all parties involved in the project of the project objectives, and distribute updated copies of timelines, project deadlines, progress reports, as well as changes to timelines to all parties involved in the project.
