Job Description

- Responsible for overall quality of cost analysis and adherence to project control methodologies to corporate standards.
- Assures expenditure phasing by each project team.
- Assures cost control for both contract and internal costs.
- Carries out cost risk analysis and supports management of reserve utilization (contingency).
- Assures project budget development and updating.
- Provides analysis of cost trends, to assist project management in understanding issues early and developing mitigation measures as warranted.
- Manages the cost engineering team and ensures staff utilized are of the required standard and competencies.
- Provides a full cost engineering, work management, analysis, and cost control guidance, following Company requirements.
