Job Description

- Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded
- Update the project time schedule
- Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports sent to Client
- Ensuring that timesheets and fabrication progress reports are received from site on daily basis
- Ensuring the daily progress reports are sent to client
- updating of daily site expenses in conjunction with the project and site manager
- Following up regularly with procurement department
