Job Description
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, pharmacy, business administration, or related field. At least 2-4 years of experience in the cosmetics industry with a preference for managerial experience in this field.
Deep understanding of the industry: Extensive knowledge of the cosmetics market, current trends, and the concept of beauty, skincare and makeup.
Marketing and creativity: The ability to develop innovative and effective marketing strategies, and manage advertising and promotional campaigns in a creative and innovative way.
Analysis and decision making: Ability to analyze data and trends in the market to make strategic decisions based on needs and requirements.
