Coordinator- Cost Control

Assist in preparation of monthly internal and client cost reports.

Work with Sr. Engineer - Cost Control to ensure that systems are implemented to meet project need and

reporting requirement.

Assist in compilation of the functional budgets, implementation and maintenance of the cost control

System and cost reporting.

Interface with cost control teams for project follow-up and reporting. Assist in raising invoices & updating

systems.

Assist in preparation of proposal cash flow.

Maintain current cost control database.

Support Cost Control Manager on ad-hoc assignments.

Carry out other related duties as advised by the supervisor.

Assist in preparation of Monthly invoices to client.

Responsible in maintaining Petrofac HSSE Policies, Life Saving Rules & Standards and perform assigned tasks and duties in accordance with instructions, safety rules/procedures, regulations and codes of practice
