Responsibilities
• Invoice reconciliation for all suppliers
• Collating and updating traffic fines records
• Maintaining valid permits for other emirates
• Handling requests for cleaning, stationary, uniforms, etc.
• Checking and topping up Salik account balance
• Raising shifting notices and TRFs when required
• Managing petty cash and credit card requests
• Handling PR/LPO/GRN for the department
