Major: Management information system (MIS) / Computer Information System /Computer Science or any relevant major
Tasks:
Providing the necessary support for all the branches and departments.
Extracting the data from the system and analyzing it to make it understandable for others.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and support any issues or concern in a timely manner.
Handle enhancement projects requirements such as creating a new reports for a specific points.
Documenting all the new features on the system for future purposes.
