Job Description

  • Security Document Management: Efficiently organize physical and digital security documents, including Security Incident Reports, GENERAL Incident Reports Trackers, and Lists, references, indexes, prioritizing confidentiality, and security.
  • Data Entry: Update and Maintain data such as security reports, documents, and records, emphasizing data integrity and security.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous reviews and validation of security documents to ensure accuracy and completeness, bolstering the organizations security posture.
  • Security: Maintain utmost confidentiality and document security, implementing robust access controls for sensitive materials.
  • Compliance: Ensure full compliance of security documents with regulatory standards, demonstrating the organizations commitment to legal requirements. 6. Technology Utilization: Utilize document management software and technology tools such as online trackers and M365 forms to streamline processes while preserving data security and integrity.
  • Support and Training: Provide guidance and support to staff regarding security document procedures, fostering a strong security culture.

Requirements.

Diploma or bachelors degree or equivalent.

  • Prior experience in security-focused document control or data management.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant security regulations and standards is advantageous.
