Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Relevant Client-Facing Contracting Experience: Minimum 15-20 years of experience
- Supervisory Experience: 5-8 years (preferred & subject to the role)
- Contract experience should cover engineering and EPC Projects in at least one of the following: Oil and gas industries, EPC, EPCm, standard contract model forms (including NEC, FIDIC, JCT, LOGIC or regional equivalents).
- Experience and proven track record of contract review, drafting, and negotiation in a service company environment.
- Engineering degree with equivalent work experience
