- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional organization and coordination skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Construction industry experience with relevant bachelor’s degree and/or professional training desired
- 15+ years’ experience in the commercial construction industry, with 10+ years of prime contracts management, legal, procurement & subcontracts, project controls experience preferred
