Job Description

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or any other related engineering discipline.
Extensive knowledge of cost estimation processes and preparation of offers and contracts in the field of construction or engineering projects.
Ability to read and analyze engineering drawings, technical documents and technical specifications.
Negotiation skills, contract management and negotiations with contractors and suppliers.
Excellent communication skills to interact with internal staff and external contractors.
