Responsibilities

• Social Media Management:
• Maintain and update LinkedIn and other social media profiles with relevant and timely content.
• Monitor social media trends and engage with the online community.
• Website Management:
• Regularly update and enhance the company website with fresh and relevant content.
• Optimize website content for SEO.
• Client Communication:
• Prepare presentations and documentation for client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop content that aligns with client needs and expectations.
• Messaging Strategy:
• Update and refine messaging for client communication to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Create impactful posts and messages for various client touchpoints.
• Newsletter Creation:
• Develop and curate content for newsletters to keep clients informed about company updates, products, and industry trends.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Manager, preferably in the software or marketing industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (other European languages are valuable).
• In-depth understanding of content creation, SEO, and social media management.
• Proficiency in utilizing various content creation and management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
