Report To: Head – Corporate Communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare well-structured creative contents, write articles and posts about industry-related topics.
- Promote contents on all online and offline channels and publications.
- Responsible of generating traffic and leading to channels and identify customers’ needs and recommend new
topics.
Content Creation

Research industry-related topics
.
Create content for external and internal campaigns to promote a message or an idea for specific audience.
.
Initiate internal and external content drafts to promote the firm’s vision, objectives and products.
.
Prepare well-structured drafts based on business briefs for various external and internal projects.
.
Interview colleagues and business heads and incorporate their views on different platforms.
.
Translate and edit documents (Both from Arabic to English and from English to Arabic)
.
Proofread written pieces before publication. (Reports, Presentations and business documents)
.
Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g., comments and shares)
.
Identify customers and employees needs and recommend new topics.
.
Work with creative team and design teams to visually illustrate internal and external creative campaigns.
.
Update websites as needed.
Press and media
.
Write press releases, articles and Interviews in Arabic and English and coordinate with press Office.
(Press and media relations is a plus)
.
Implement press and media plan. (Approved by the management)
.
Initiate and negotiate best opportunities in the press.
.
Strengthen relationships with press & media members.
.
Control press & media when needed.
.
Monitor and share the local industry news with VP of Corporate Communications.
.
Distribute news to newspapers.
.
Organize press conferences, TV and press Interviews.
Other responsibilities
Any other responsibilities assigned by the head of Corporate Communications.
Participate in projects as directed by Division and Group Heads.
Candidate Profile
1. Requirement opens for Kuwaiti nationals.
2. Education: BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field
3. Min. 8 years of experience.
4. Proven work experience as a Content Creator, translator, copy writer and proof reading or similar role (Arabic & English)
5. Familiar with the financial & investment Industry
6. Experience in Writing press releases, news articles and interviews.
7. Experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads.
8. Excellent writing, translation and editing skills.
9. Keep up to date on technological changes.
