- Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies after ensuring consensus with stakeholders on annual budget and corporate business plans
- Identify marketing opportunities by understanding customer requirements and segmentation
- Improve product and service marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities
- Develop and setup production of marketing campaign materials and mechanics through compelling content creation and innovative community engagement strategy
- Collect and manage data analytics relevant to all marketing activities to track marketing performance and adjust strategies when required
- Provide regular information to stakeholders by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Collate and track branch sales data and statistics to ensure accurate reporting
- Lead the production unit of designers and photographers to develop visually appealing marketing content .
- Plan and develop community engagement activities and events to drive business success and increase sales
- Carry out market research to understand the brands performances and develop marketing methodologies to upscale the performance of each brand .
- Collect , analyze, and present business performance metrics and propose strategies to serve planned business objectives
- Develop, maintain and execute groupxen’s master marketing calendar in preferred digital tool, ensuring the calendars are accurate, up-to-date, and complete
- Manage the relationship with external marketing agencies to ensure successful delivery across multiple advertising channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing material and channels
- Maximize the impact of online and offline marketing content to keep our community connected to our brands, including piloting innovative digital strategies and content ideas
- Ensure that all community members are equally represented with regard to race, ethnicity, gender identity, disability status and religion
- Act and serve as the primary contact for all staff to brand and communication activities and planning
- Attend weekly executive management team meetings and other meetings or correspondence as necessary to analyze market trends, competitor behavior, sales strategies and costs
- Practice regular market intelligence gathering including competitors analysis
- Lead, motivate and inspire all groupxen team members to always create the groupxen customer experience and lead by example while representing groupxen
- Work the ground floor and groupxen events as needed to ensure every customer receives the groupxen experience
- Coach our sales officers on how to generate consistently high-performance targets
- Represent groupxen at industry trade shows and events
- Perform other duties as directed by groupxen top management to ensure the continued success of the business
