- Manages the day to day team operations within a specified scope, by undertaking related work processes and ensuring accuracy.
- Extended 2G/3G/4G network design experience, with at least one of the three main RF vendors.
- Up to date in-depth knowledge of 5G technology and design considerations for the field deployment.
- NB-IoT, Cloud RAN, LTE-A design experience.
- Spectrum evolution and BW expansion experience and strategy design.
- Supervises the development of work specifications for circuits, systems and equipment, ensuring all relevant factors are analyzed.
