Construction Supervisor

• Oversee the construction project from start to finish, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Plan and schedule construction activities and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor progress and quality of work at the construction site, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to the project manager.
• Manage and motivate construction workers to maintain high levels of productivity.
• Monitor material and equipment inventory, ordering and delivery to ensure availability and proper usage.
• Coordinate with project manager and other team members to address any project delays or modifications.
• Prepare and maintain accurate construction records, including daily logs, change orders, and inspection reports.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on project progress.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling software is a plus.
