• Review and approve Construction Site Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
• Monitor and administer EPC Contractor quality performance
• Initiate Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) and review them
• Lead construction site quality meetings
• Ensure timely submission of final documentation
• Implement Quality Control Plans and procedures
