Dutco Construction Group started operations in the United Arab Emirates in the 1970s. The Group comprises of the following Companies:
- BK Gulf LLC Leading MEP Contractor.
- BK GCC Leading MEP & Civils Contractor in KSA.
- DBB Contracting LLC Leading Civils & MEP Contractor.
- Dutco Construction LLC Leading Building Contractor.
- Responsibility for effective organization deployment and control of the site labour/supervision.
- Responsibility to ensure that the standard of the installed works is in accordance with the technical and quality specification of the contract and quality of workmanship is maintained to the highest standards.
- Responsibility to ensure that project Health & Safety standards are maintained during the construction of the work.
- Responsibility to ensure that contract drawings are constantly marked up to enable timely issue to the Drawing Office for issuance of the As Built record drawings.
- Responsibility to monitoring the cost and timescales laising with the main contractor and gaining approvals where necessary to reallocate or provide additional resource.
- Provide as requested by the project Quantity Surveyor with timely and accurate reports in terms of work carried out and all associated costs and finances.
- Direct liaison with the client or client representative at handover ensuring the availability and suitability of as fitted drawings and associated operation and maintenance manuals.
- UAE/MOFA Attested bachelors degree in civil engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 15 years work experience in MEP Project preferably from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 MEP Contracting Company.
- Projects worked on as Construction should be in excess of AED 400m managing significantly large packages and scope of works.
