- Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the maritime construction sector.
- Construction management expertise.
- Developing commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience leading parts of construction projects within large, diverse teams.
- Experience of building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
- Be able to attend and contribute meaningfully to meetings at all levels with all stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the workforce and management structure.
- Be able to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and/or willing to relocate to take up the position.
- Willing to work remotely for long periods.
