Directly manage the construction activities onsite ensuring that all aspects of the project align with the approved plans and specifications.
Possess excellent planning and budgeting skills ensuring that projects are completed within scope on time and within budget constraints.
Show a strong hold of Civil Marine works Breakwater Quay Wall Backfilling Sheet Piles Caissons Block Culverts and Causeway construction techniques and methods.
Coordinate effectively with crossfunctional departments within the organization including survey engineering logistics and other relevant teams fostering seamless communication and collaboration to optimize project outcomes.
Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors ensuring adherence to safety protocols quality standards and project timelines.
