Act as the main point of contact for customers and visitors while providing professional and friendly service and ensuring you make an exceptional first impression. Providing a great environment for our clients by keeping the center clean and tidy and constantly making it “show-ready” by ensuring that the reception area, business lounge, meeting rooms, available offices, common areas and all facilities are always clean and ready for our incoming guests. Serve as primary backup to the Area Manager including conducting client meetings (as needed), touring potential clients, handling client requirements, etc. • Work as a mentor and coach for the Center’s Assistant Community Director and the Center’s team leader.
