- Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
- Provide thumb-stopping, relevant text, image and video content for all social media accounts
- Build strong, engaged online communities
- Foster positive online brand experiences and conversations
- Respond timely to comments and messages
- Actively research trends and hot topics so you’re always in the know
- Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
- Handle crisis situations (and trolls) with calm and poise
- Turn digital metrics into insights and action plans
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
- Identify and track relevant community KPIs
- Be a critical thinker and problem solver.
